Self
Favourite hobbies: reading, moving my body, unwinding with loved ones, going on long podcast walks, enjoying the different outdoor smells the changing seasons bring.
Moments that bring me joy: summer campfires. The smell of pine around the winter holidays. The first days of spring that actually feel like spring. Laugh attacks with loved ones. Catching the perfect sunrise or sunset. A busy kitchen.
Something that's changed my life for the better: Prioritizing sleep (I consider myself a recovered insomniac). Getting crystal clear on what I value.
Daily(ish) habit: set my timer for 20 mins and breathe deeply.
How I live my life: Identify what I value (both within myself and in the external world), and ensure MOST days are filled with those things. Don't be hard on myself if it doesn't happen sometimes.
