Counselling Services
Finances
-I am recognized by insurance plans in Nova Scotia that cover Registered Counselling Therapy or Psychotherapy.
-I offer a detailed e-receipt after every session that you can easily submit to your insurance provider if you are covered.
-I currently do not offer direct billing.
-It is the client's responsibility to double check if registered counselling therapists are covered through their insurance plan.
-Payment is accepted by e-transfer.
Cancellation Policy
-Things come up, I get it. Please allow at least 48 hrs notice if you need to cancel.
-I do not have a no-show or last minute cancellation fee. Please try your best to honour the honour system :)
Individual Session
Each session will be tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. Each time will present something new - new insight, new discoveries, or new breakthroughs. Visit this page to learn more about how I approach therapy sessions.
Couples Session
I offer couples counselling to couples who are looking to improve communication with one another, navigate a rough patch, learn how to connect better with one another, or navigate a life crisis together.
